Ingredients
Vanilla Drink Syrup
2 vanilla beans (1 vanilla pod in place of 1 tsp vanilla extract)
¼ cup Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
½ cup water

¾ cup vanilla almond milk
½ tsp ground cardamom
2 Tbsp Truvia Brown Sugar Blend Vanilla Drink Syrup
¾ cup chilled extra-strong brewed coffee or espresso

Cut the beans in half and then split each half down the center using a sharp paring knife.

Use the blade of the knife to scrape out all the seeds to use in your recipe.

Microwave ¼ cup Truvia Brown Sugar Blend, ½ cup water and vanilla bean paste for 2 minutes.

Refrigerate in a sealed container.
Beverage

In a blender, mix together almond milk, cardamom and syrup.

Pulse several times.

Add cooled strongly brewed coffee.
- 8.
Pulse several times.
- 9.
Pour into two glasses filled with ice.
- 10.
Serve, refrigerate any leftovers.
