Rinse and pat the surface of the turkey dry with a paper towel.
3.
Place in a shallow baking pan.
4.
Rub butter all over tenderloin.
5.
Sprinkle with pepper.
6.
Cover with aluminum foil to prevent over browning.
7.
Place turkey in oven, and lower the oven temperature to 350°F and roast for 45 minutes.
8.
While the turkey is cooking, make the glaze by combining the vinegar, Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend, and orange juice in a small saucepan.
9.
Bring the mixture to a boil over high, stirring occasionally.
10.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 10-15 minutes.
11.
Remove from the heat and whisk in the butter and orange zest.
12.
Remove foil from turkey and brush on the glaze after it has been roasting for 45 minutes at 350°F.
13.
Brush and check the turkey's temperature every 5 minutes for 15 minutes.
14.
The turkey is done when it reaches 165°F in the thickest part of the breast meat.
15.
When cooked, remove the turkey from the oven and cover it loosely with foil.
16.
Rest the turkey for 10 minutes; this gives the juices time to redistribute and the turkey time to firm up.

My New Weekly Main CourseI like easy recipes that allow clean-up while they are cooking, and this meets all of my criterion. Plus, it tastes really yummy, esp on top of rice/bulgur/etcc.

Nice ChangeSince I didn't have any turkey tenderloins, I substituted chicken. I had never used Truvia before and thought Id try it in a main dish. Its hard at first to try and use, since we are used to using regular sugars. WOW, I couldn't tell the difference. It tastes so good. I also modified it and cooked it in my slow cooker, every 10 minutes I would brush the glaze on one side, let it cook, turn over, repeat. What is really nice is I am on the Paleo lifestyle, and I don't feel like I am cheating.
