Ingredients
1 1⁄3 cup Truvia Original Calorie-Free Sweetener Spoonable Jar
2 cups water
1 1⁄2 cups chammpagne
2 1⁄4 teaspoons washed and grated lemon peel
1⁄2 cup lemon juice
Garnish
2 lemons, washed, halved, hollowed out and bottoms cut off
Mint sprigs for garnish
Directions

In a small saucepan, bring Truvia® Original Sweetener and 1 cup of water to a boil over medium heat.

Stir occasionally until sweetener has dissolved.
- 3.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for 1 hour.
- 4.
Stir in the remaining ingredients and freeze for at least 4 hours in freezer or in an ice cream machine.
Gourmet Tip: Sorbet can also be served between courses to cleanse the palate before the next meal.
