Combine salt and chili pepper for topping in a small bowl. Set aside.

Melt butter in 1-1⁄2 Qt slow cooker.

Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Very tasty!I am not one for peanuts but my family has had a jar of them laying around for quite sometime so I decided to use them up. I was plesently surprised with how wonderful these tasted!! Even as a non peanut lover I enjoyed these quite a bit and would recomend.

Awesome snackingI have always made a sweet nut snack more naughty than anything. Found this recipe and tried it since I love Truvia. I made it once using all peanuts and awesome, couldn't stop snacking! Then for a bigger get together I used a different nuts, a mixed nut blend. WOW, flew out of the bowls as well. A keeper recipe, will make again! Happy snacking!
