Super Seed & Nut Granola Recipe

1 Tbsp of water
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1⁄4 tsp. salt
2 cups oats
¼ cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
2 Tbsp. quinoa seeds
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp. flax seeds
2 Tbsp. walnuts pieces
2 Tbsp. dried cranberries
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
Directions

Preheat oven to 300° F.

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a small bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.

Stir in Truvia Original Sweetener, water, and vanilla extract. Mix until all dissolves.
- 5.
In a separate medium bowl, stir together the seeds, nuts, and berries.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined
- 7.
Spread out granola onto the prepared baking sheet.
- 8.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, careful not to over bake.

Let cool on the baking sheet.
