Ingredients
Truvia Simple Syrup (yields ~ 1⁄2 cup)
1⁄2 cup water
Mocktail
2 large strawberries, cleaned and sliced
3 oz diet ginger beer
1⁄2 oz Truvia Simple Syrup
½ oz lime juice
¼ tsp apple cider vinegar (to mimic vodka)
Directions
Truvia Simple Syrup

Add water and Truvia Sweetener into microwaveable glass or cup.

Microwave for 1 ½ minutes, stir until completely dissolved.

Pour into a sealable jar/bottle for future use, store in refrigerator.
Mocktail

Place strawberries into a glass and crush up with a spoon or muddler.
- 5.
Add in ginger beer, apple cider vinegar, Truvia simple syrup, and lime juice.

Stir up all the ingredients.

Top with three ice cubes.
