Scrumptiously Chilled Berry Soup Recipe

Ingredients
3 cups wild berries, such as blueberries, raspberries or blackberries, washed
1 peach or nectarine, washed, peeled, pitted and chopped
2 cups unsweetened raspberry, pomegranate, or red grape juice
2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup water
1 tsp lemon juice
1⁄2 tsp allspice
3 Tbsp of zero-calorie Truvia Original Calorie-Free Sweetener Spoonable Jar***
Mint sprigs for garnish
Directions

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except mint.

Bring to a boil over medium high heat, reduce to a gentle simmer, and cook for 10 minutes

Carefully puree half of the soup in a blender or food processor.
- 4.
Place in a mixing bowl with remaining soup and stir to combine.
- 5.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Chic Tip: For a chicer presentation when serving, serve garnished with a mint sprig. Soup can be served chilled or warmed.
