Rose-Cucumber Collins Recipe

Ingredients
13⁄4 tsp of zero-calorie Truvia Original Calorie-Free Sweetener Spoonable Jar*
2 oz. gin
2 oz. diced cucumber (1⁄4-inch cubes)
Juice of 1 lemon
2 oz. seltzer
3 drops rosewater
Cucumber spear
Directions
- 1.
In a mixing glass, muddle: Truvía® Original Sweetener, gin, and diced cucumber.

Half-fill with ice, then add the juice of 1 Lemon wedge (drop in rind).
- 3.
Shake until the tin is frosted, strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
- 4.
Add seltzer and rosewater drops.
