Rich and Dreamy Vanilla Frosting Recipe

Ingredients
1 1⁄2 cups of Truvia Sweet Complete® Confectioners Sweetener
6 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened
1⁄2 cup butter (unsalted), softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions

Place the softened butter and softened fat-free cream cheese into a medium mixing bowl.

On medium speed, cream together until no lumps are visible. (2-3 minutes)

Turn the mixer to low speed and add vanilla extract, mix 1 minute or until the vanilla has completely combined with the butter mixture.
- 4.
While mixing, slowly add the Truvia Sweet Complete® Confectioners Sweetener to the butter one spoonful at a time. With each spoonful, allow the Truvia Sweet Complete® Confectioners Sweetener to become fully mixed into the butter before adding more. (2-3 minutes)

Mix on high speed to make the mixture fluffy and light.

Use immediately or store the frosting, covered, in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Allow frosting to stand at room temperature for 1-2 hours prior to use if it has been refrigerated.
*This frosting has 60 calories and <1 gram of sugar per serving compared to the regular sugar-sweetened version which has 90 calories and 9 grams of sugar.
