Ingredients
2⁄3 cup canned pumpkin puree
1⁄3 cup 100% liquid egg whites, pasteurized*
1⁄4 cup silken tofu
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1⁄4 teaspoon maple extract
2-1/2 teaspoons Truvia Original Calorie-Free Sweetener Packets
1⁄2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 ice cubes
1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs (optional)
Directions

Add the pumpkin, egg whites, tofu, vanilla extract, maple extract, Truvia® Original Sweetener, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and ice cubes to the jar of a blender.

Blend on high speed until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
