3 potatoes, grated
3 grates of nutmeg
salt & pepper to taste
1 egg yok
6 Tbsp vegetable oil
Chive Sour Cream
2 Tbsp sour cream
salt & pepper to taste
1⁄2Tbsp chives, cut
Salmon Tar Tar
3 Tbsp smoked salmon
1⁄2Tbsp onion, diced
1⁄4 Tbsp fresh dill
1 Tbsp sour cream
vinegar, salt & pepper to taste
lemon zest
Apple Sauce
1 golden delicious apple, peeled and chopped
1 lemon zest
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1⁄4 stick cinnamon
1⁄2 Tbsp Truvia Original Calorie-Free Sweetener Spoonable Jar***
1⁄2white wine
2 Tbsp water
salt, to taste
Directions
Potato Pancakes

Mix ingredients together, and form 9 pancakes. Fry in oil for 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
Chive Sour Cream

Mix all ingredients together.
Salmon Tar Tar

Mix all ingredients together.
Applesause

Mix all ingredients in a pot, and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Then, mix in blender, cool, and serve.
