Plum and Thyme Smash Cocktails Recipe

6 thyme sprigs

½ cup water

Directions

In a small saucepan, bring Truvia Cane Sugar Blend and water to a boil over medium heat.

Stir occasionally.
- 3.
Remove from heat, add thyme sprigs and chill until ready to use.
- 4.
Store leftovers in refrigerator.

Peel and chop 2 plums.
- 6.
Muddle the plums with the thyme simple syrup and lemon juice until all of the plum juices have been released.

Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- 8.
Pour over crushed ice evenly between two glasses.
- 9.
Top off sparkling wine and garnish with extra plum slices and thyme sprigs.
- 10.
Serve immediately and refrigerate leftovers.
