Pineapple Mango Smoothie with Truvia Allulose Sweetener

Ingredients
3⁄4 cup unsweetened light coconut milk or low-fat milk
1⁄2 cup frozen banana chunks (about 1⁄2 small banana)
1⁄2 cup fresh mango chunks
1⁄2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1⁄3 cup Truvia® Allulose Sweetener
2 Tbsp toasted flaked coconut for garnish
Directions

In a blender pitcher, combine all ingredients except coconut

Cover and blend until smooth

Pour into glass and sprinkle with toasted coconut

To quickly toast coconut, simply place 1⁄4 -1⁄2 cup shredded coconut in uncovered 2-cup measure. Microwave on high for 1 1⁄2 -2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds
