Pina Colada Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients
4 ice-cream cone waffle bowls (use one that has 50 calories)
4 cups frozen, unsweetened pineapple chunks
½ cup light coconut milk (the canned one from the international aisle)
1 ¼ teaspoon Truvia Original Calorie-Free Sweetener Spoonable Jar***
2 tablespoons unsweetened, reduced-fat shredded coconut
2 teaspoons coconut rum
Directions

Place the frozen pineapple chunks in a food processor fitted with a chopping blade.

Process until finely chopped.

Add the coconut milk and process until just smooth, scraping the sides of the food processor bowl with a spatula if needed.
