Ingredients
2 very ripe bananas, mashed
¼ cup peanut butter
3 cups skim milk
3 Tbsp Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1⁄4 cup flaxseed meal
1 cup steel-cut oatmeal
1 small banana, sliced (optional)
Directions

In a medium-sized bowl mix together bananas and peanut butter with fork or pastry blender. Add milk, Truvia Brown Sugar Blend, cinnamon, vanilla and flaxseed meal. Stir in oatmeal.

Pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or overnight.
