Filling
5 peaches, sliced
2 Tbsp Truvia Cane Sugar Blend
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 ½ Tbsp cornstarch
Topping
½ cup butter, melted
½ cup Truvia Cane Sugar Blend
½ cup flour
¾ cup oats
1 tsp cinnamon
Vanilla Whipped Cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp Truvia Cane Sugar Blend
1 tsp pure vanilla extract or vanilla beans
Directions

Stir filling ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and transfer to an 8" x 8" baking dish.

Mix topping ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

Crumble the topping mixture on top of peaches in the baking dish.
- 4.
Bake at 350° F for 25-30 minutes.

Beat whip cream until soft peaks form. Add Truvia Cane Sugar Blend and vanilla.
- 6.
Top the peach crisp with the whipping cream and serve.
