No-Bake Strawberry Cream Cheese Bars Recipe

Ingredients
¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp of butter (unsalted)
2 cup strawberries hulled and halved
4 oz light cream cheese softened
2 oz fat-free Greek yogurt
½ cup unsalted butter softened
8 oz pre-made whipped topping (1 container)
Directions
Crust
- 1.
Melt butter in a small microwave-safe bowl.
- 2.
Move to a medium-sized bowl that contains ¼ cup of the Truvia Sweet Complete® Confectioners Sweetener add the melted butter, mix well.
- 3.
Next, add graham cracker crumbs to the butter mixture, mix well.
- 4.
Press into square baking pan (9-inch).
- 5.
Bake at 375° F for 7 minutes. Cool.
Filling
- 6.
While the crust is cooling, cut strawberries into small chunks.
- 7.
With a mixer, beat the cream cheese, yogurt and butter together until creamy.
- 8.
Turn the mixer down to low and add the Truvia Sweet Complete® Confectioners Sweetener a little at a time until incorporated.

Turn up mixer and beat for a minute.
- 10.
Remove mixer and fold in half the strawberry chunks by hand.
- 11.
Spread the cream cheese and strawberry mixture over the crust.
Topping
- 12.
Fold the remaining strawberry chunks into the whipped topping.
- 13.
Spread whipped topping on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- 14.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- 15.
Refrigerate all leftovers in a sealed container.
