Mocha Coconut Creamer Recipe

1 can light coconut milk
1 ½ Tbsps. of unsweetened cocoa powder
8 zero-calorie Truvía® Original Sweetener Packets*
1⁄4 tsp salt (such as Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt)
1⁄4 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp of vanilla extract
Directions

In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, whisk together coconut milk, cocoa powder, Truvía® Original Sweetener, salt and cornstarch.

Mix well.
- 3.
Bring to a simmer/slight boil, about 5 minutes on medium.
- 4.
Remove from heat, cover and hold for 10 minutes.
- 5.
Mix in vanilla extract.
- 6.
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container, until ready to mix into your coffee.
