Ingredients
1⁄2 cup unsalted butter
1⁄3 cup + 1 1⁄2 Tbsp of zero-calorie Truvia Original Calorie-Free Sweetener Spoonable Jar***
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1⁄8 tsp of salt
3⁄4 cup skim milk
1 can peaches in juice, diced
Topping:
2 tsp Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
2 tsp of cinnamon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Put 1 tsp of butter into a 4 oz jelly mason jar.

Place in oven until butter is melted, approximately 2 minutes and set aside.

Sieve together the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt into a medium bowl.

Whisk in milk.

Put 11⁄2 Tbsp of batter into each jar.

Add 1 tsp (3-4 chunks) diced peaches on top of the batter.

Bake for 12-14 minutes.
