Ingredients
Meatloaf
1⁄2 lb ground sirloin
1⁄2 lb ground chuck
2 garlic cloves, smashed and chopped
1⁄2 chopped onion
1⁄2 chopped celery
1 tsp chili pepper
1⁄2 cup chopped bell pepper
2 eggs, lightly beaten**
2 Tbsp Truvia Sweet Complete® Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener
1 lemon, zested
8 oz canned, diced tomatoes with juice
1⁄2 cup bran flakes, ground
1⁄2 tsp cracked black pepper
Sauce
1⁄4 cup canned tomatoes, pureed
1⁄2 tsp cumin
2 Tbsp Truvia Sweet Complete® Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener
1⁄2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp prepared mustard
Directions

Preheat oven to 375° F.
- 2.
Mix all loaf ingredients well and place in a baking dish. Shape into a loaf.

Mix ingredients for sauce and spread on top of loaf.

Bake for 1 hour.
- 5.
The best way to tell whether meat loaf is done is to use an instant-read thermometer. The thermometer should register 160° F when inserted into the meatloaf.

Refrigerate leftover in a sealed container.
