Ingredients
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
½ + ⅓ cup Truvia Cane Sugar Blend
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs**
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp almond extract
1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
1 cup white chocolate chips
Directions

Preheat oven to 350º F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine flour and salt

In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, Truvia Cane Sugar Blend and baking soda until smooth.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in vanilla and almond extract.

Stir in chips and nuts.

Drop by rounded teaspoon onto parchment-lined baking sheets.

Flatten with palm of hand.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
