Ingredients
15 pitted dried dates***
2 Tbsp lemon zest from a washed lemon
1 Tbsp Truvia Original Calorie-Free Sweetener Spoonable Jar****
3 Tbsp + ½ Tbsp unsweetened reduced-fat coconut flakes
Directions

Add 1 Tbsp of coconut to an appetizer plate or shallow bowl. Set it aside.

Using a food processor fitted with a chopping blade, process the dates on high speed until finely chopped.

Add the lemon zest and Truvia Original Sweetener. Blend again until well-combined.

Transfer the mixture to a small mixing bowl.

Add the remaining coconut to the date mixture.

Using a rubber spatula, mix the ingredients together until well combined.
