Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decadent flavor without the guilt This recipe allows me and my husband to enjoy a sweet treat without worrying about his diabetes. Adding a dollop of whipping cream only adds 1 gram of sugar and really makes it perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So yummy - perfect to sip on a chilly fall day! I was hesitant to try this, because I typically find Irish coffee to be either too strong with whiskey flavor or too strong with coffee flavor. This recipe managed to find the perfect balance! Topped with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon - it even looked fancy! Be careful if warming milk in microwave, as the mug got super hot. I added a splash of Bailey's (I like my coffee super sweet) and it was perfecto!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top o' the morning to ya! Love this recipe! Love to sit on the deck during a chilly morning and cozy up with my Irish coffee (or two) and watch the grass and trees grow. Now I can enjoy the same great taste, with less calories. (definitely having two!)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent I have Type II diabetes and I only use Truvia. I found that it is thus far the only safe and natural sweetener that can take the place of sugar. Plus it doesn't have an after taste. I love this drink, so nice on cold night after a hard day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Treat I tried this recipe during the cold winter here in North East Pennsylvania. It was delightful, refreshing, and comforting. Now it's one of my favorite drinks - maybe over ice for the warmer weather?
