Grape Spread Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups water
½ cup unsweetened grape juice concentrate
¼ cup low-sugar pectin
2 Tbsp + 2 ¾ tsp of Zero-Calorie Truvia Original Calorie-Free Sweetener Spoonable Jar***
Directions

Pour all of the wet ingredients into a 2 qt. saucepot.
- 2.
Stir pectin and Truvia Original Sweetener together.
- 3.
Add to the wet ingredients; whisk very well.
- 4.
Over high heat, bring the mixture to a boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. The mixture will foam.
- 5.
Reduce heat to medium-low, cook for 20 minutes, stirring once in a while.
- 6.
Either follow the directions on the pectin package for preserving, or pour into a bowl, allow to cool then refrigerate if not consuming right away.
