Ingredients
2 oz. no-sugar-added vanilla bean coconut milk ice cream, softened
3 zero-calorie Truvia Original Calorie-Free Sweetener Packets***
1⁄2 fresh lime
Ice
11⁄2 oz. gin
11⁄2 oz. seltzer
3 drops orange blossom water
Freshly-grated orange zest
Directions
- 1.
In a soda fountain tumbler, add: no-sugar-added vanilla bean coconut milk ice cream.

In a mixing glass, muddle: Truvía® Original Sweetener and lime.

Half-fill with ice, then add: gin.
- 4.
Shake until the tin is frosted, add: seltzer and drops of orange blossom water.

Swirl gently to mix while preserving carbonation.
