Garlic Aioli Recipe

Ingredients
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp vegetable broth
1⁄4 cup hot water
2 eggs
1⁄2 tsp salt
2 tsp Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend
1⁄2 tsp mustard powder
4 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp finely minced garlic
1⁄2 tsp black pepper
3⁄4 cup vegetable oil
Directions

In a small sauce pan, combine cornstarch and vegetable broth, mix until forms a paste.

Add the hot water and mix until well combined.
- 3.
Heat, on medium heat, for 2 minutes or until the texture thickens. Stir often.
- 4.
Refrigerate to cool and to be used later.
- 5.
In a blender cup, add eggs, salt, Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend, mustard powder, lemon juice, garlic and pepper.

Pulse blender for 10 seconds 4-5 times.
- 7.
Scrape down.
- 8.
Turn blender on low and slowly drizzle oil in. Once all the oil has been incorporated and aioli thickens, turn off blender.
- 9.
Transfer to sealable wide mouth container.
- 10.
Once starch solution is cooled, stir it into aioli.
- 11.
Store in refrigerator, will continue to firm up as it chills.
