Fudgy Brownie Recipe

Ingredients
3 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
1⁄4 cup unsalted butter
1⁄4 cup canola oil
2 eggs**
1⁄2 cup Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener (Try our stevia leaf or monk fruit sweetener!)
1⁄2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp skim milk
3⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
1⁄2 tsp baking powder
Directions
- 1.
Assemble all ingredients; preheat oven to 325° F.
- 2.
Add baking chocolate, butter and canola oil in a large microwaveable bowl. Heat for 30 seconds; stir. Repeat and stir to melt the chocolate.

Whisk together the eggs, Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener, salt, vanilla and milk in a separate small bowl.
- 4.
Add the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture, until just combined. Do not over-mix.
- 5.
Sift together the flour and baking powder.
- 6.
Fold flour mixture into the chocolate mixture, until just combined. Do not over-mix.
- 7.
Pour batter into an 8x8-inch square pan.
- 8.
Bake for 18 minutes or just to the point where the when the wet surface disappears. Do not over bake.
- 9.
Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack for at least 20 minutes.
- 10.
Cut into 16 squares.
- 11.
Store in a sealed container.
*This brownie has 130 calories and 2 grams of sugar per serving as compared to the full-sugar version that has 180 calories and 17 grams of sugar per serving.
