Have a mocktail that is surprisingly balanced and made with espresso and a Truvia Stevia Sweetener simple syrup. Each serving contains 70% fewer calories and 81% less sugar* per serving than the full-sugar version. Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of ice

  • 1 tsp lime juice

  • ½ oz coffee liqueur

  • 2 oz espresso

  • 1 oz skim milk

  • 1.

    Add Truvía Stevia Sweetener to warm water.

  • 2.

    Mix well

  • 3.

    Microwave for 30 sec, stir and strain, into clean jar.

Mocktail
  • 4.

    Add lime juice, espresso, milk, and 1½ oz of Truvía® Simple Syrup to a shaker filled with ice and shake until well-chilled.

  • 5.

    Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

  • 6.

    Enjoy!

Options (Will Affect Nutritional Information)

  • Add 1 tsp instant potato flakes to the simple syrup during step 1 of the recipe

  • Add coffee beans as garnish

  • Use a cold brew coffee instead of espresso
