Espresso Martini Mocktail
TruviaHave a mocktail that is surprisingly balanced and made with espresso and a Truvia Stevia Sweetener simple syrup. Each serving contains 70% fewer calories and 81% less sugar* per serving than the full-sugar version. Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients
1 cup of ice
1 tsp lime juice
½ oz coffee liqueur
2 oz espresso
1 oz skim milk

3 ½ Tbsp. of zero-calorie Truvia Stevia Sweetener Jar or 11 zero-calorie Truvia Stevia Sweetener Packets
½ cup warm water
Directions
Truvía Simple Syrup Recipe (makes 4oz)

Add Truvía Stevia Sweetener to warm water.

Mix well
- 3.
Microwave for 30 sec, stir and strain, into clean jar.
Mocktail

Add lime juice, espresso, milk, and 1½ oz of Truvía® Simple Syrup to a shaker filled with ice and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Add 1 tsp instant potato flakes to the simple syrup during step 1 of the recipe
Add coffee beans as garnish
Use a cold brew coffee instead of espresso
