Ingredients
3 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄8 tsp salt
1⁄2 cups heat treated flour**
2 tsp of milk
2 Tbsp mini semisweet chocolate chips
Directions

In medium bowl, use a spoon or spatula to mix together butter, oil, Truvia Sweet Complete Brown Sweetener, vanilla extract and salt.

Heat treat the flour by placing it on a sheet pan and baking it at 350 degrees for 5-8 minutes. Let it cool before using. If you want a more baked flavor bake flour long, it will darken.

Sift in heat treated flour into the cookie dough mixture and mix well.
- 4.
Add 1 tsp of milk at a time to bring dough together.
- 5.
Stir in chocolate chips.
- 6.
Transfer into a sealable container.
- 7.
Best enjoyed right away! Refrigerate leftovers (cookie dough will harden slightly in the refrigerator)
Options (Will Affect Nutritional Information)
- Try using white chocolate chip instead of semisweet chips.
- Add 1-2 Tbsp pecans or walnuts.
- Add 1 /2 tsp of rum extract or 1⁄2 tsp ground chili pepper to spice it up.
- Try using other treated flour varieties to lower carbohydrates.
- Add chunks of the edible cookie dough to ice cream or frozen yogurt.
One serving of dough has 120 calories and 2 grams of sugar per serving compared to the full sugar-sweetened dough which has 140 calories and 9 grams of sugar per serving.
