Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sad to say too dry I agree with stinas, this receipe has too much flour. The cookies came out too dry. I also agree with the suggestion to reduce the amount of flour to about 2 cups, add a little more truvia and cocoa. With these adjustments you will probably wind up with a cookie that tastes as good as it looks.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Had to tweek Disclaimer: we live at 7500 ft. I made these cookies exactly as the recipe stated and the dough was so crumbly I couldn’t even form a cookie. I added an extra yolk and then added about 5-6 Tbs of unsweetened coconut milk and it looked like something I could work with. They turned out better than expected.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would be great with less flour These cookies turned out SO dry. And very crumbly. I ended up crumbling them and adding cream cheese frosting to make cheesecake bites. I'm not sure how other people are getting them to work. Also flavorless -- they are more like biscuits. I have made many great recipes with Truvia, but the problem here is the huge amount of flour. If you would like to make these, I would dial back the flour by at least half and add more cocoa and a bit more Truvia. To be clear, there is nothing wrong with the Truvia Cane Sugar Blend (which is why I still recommend the product), but there is something very wrong with this recipe.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great flavor. Bring a glass of milk I don't know if it is just me, but I had to add about a tablespoon of water to the dough to get it to stick together. I found the finished product to be quite dry. Flavorful, but definitely lacking moisture...like a very dense cake like brownie.
