Cucumber Salad Recipe

Ingredients
3 English cucumbers, washed, peeled and sliced
¼ of a small onion, washed and sliced thin
¼ of a green pepper, washed and sliced thin
2 large cloves of garlic, cleaned and diced
2 tsp salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup of zero-calorie Truvia Original Calorie-Free Sweetener Spoonable Jar***
1 cup vinegar
Directions
- 1.
In a large serving bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, onion, green pepper and garlic.

Sprinkle on salt and pepper.
- 3.
Combine the Truvia Original Sweetener and vinegar in a small bowl.

Pour small bowl contents over cucumber mixture and mix well.
- 5.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
