Cucumber-Mint Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
Truvia Mint Syrup
½ cup water
3 ½ Tbsp Truvia Original Calorie-Free Sweetener Spoonable Jar***
1 ½ cup mint leaves, washed
Cocktail
1 1-in. piece of English cucumber, washed, peeled and chopped
½ oz. fresh lime juice
1 ½ oz. vodka
1 tablespoon Truvia Mint Syrup
Ice cubes
3 oz. club soda
Garnish
2 cucumber slices, washed
1 mint sprig, washed
Directions
- 1.
In a small pan, bring water, Truvia Original Sweetener and mint leaves to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
- 3.
Remove from heat, cover and let cool to room temperature.
- 4.
Stain off liquid into a sealable container.
- 5.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
- 6.
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the chopped cucumber with the lime juice.
- 7.
Add vodka, Truvia Mint Syrup and a few ice cubes to shaker.
- 8.
Cap and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty.
- 9.
Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with club soda.
- 10.
Garnish with a cucumber slice and a mint sprig.
- 11.
Serve right away.
