Crème Brulee Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup 2% evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp Truvia Cane Sugar Blend
Pinch of salt
4 egg yolks**
1⁄4 cup Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
Directions

Preheat oven to 300° F.

In a saucepan, combine heavy whipping cream, vanilla, Truvia Cane Sugar Blend and salt. Heat to a simmer for 10 min then turn off stove. After removing from the heat, add the evaporated milk to help the mixture cool.

Prep a baking dish by lining it with a kitchen towel, 6 ramekins, and pour hot water around the sides of the ramekins.

Add the egg yolks to the saucepan and mix to blend.
- 5.
Pour the mixture into the ramekins and bake for 30 min.
- 6.
Cool then sprinkle the ramekins evenly with Truvia Brown Sugar Blend. Caramelize the Truvia Brown Sugar Blend with a kitchen torch, chill and serve! (If you don’t have a kitchen torch, you can caramelize the Truvia Brown Sugar Blend by placing the ramekins under a broiler for about 1-2 minutes until melted and caramelized).
