Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I was looking for Glad google search lead me to this recipe. Doesn’t get better than this! Only question is shelf life. If refrigerated in sterile canning jar, what shelf life could be expected. Is it freezable? Thanks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Truvia Rhubarb Sauce We make this from both fresh and dehydrated rhubarb. There is a slight difference in taste without added flavorings but the cinnamon should cover it well - we did not use the cinnamon. We use it on pancakes, primarily ans often mix strawberries. My husband is diabetic, I am health conscious, so using Truvia allows us to have the sweets we enjoy without fear of sugar damage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love rhubarb in the winter I make this rhubarb sauce regularly without salt. Following a trip to Ireland, I warm some up, put my plain Greek yogurt on top and really love my simple breakfast, often with a big drizzle of maple syrup. If I am hungry I then add a 1/4 c. previously cooked Irish oatmeal.
