Coconut-Key Lime Popsicles Recipe

Ingredients
5 graham cracker rectangles
Juice of 3 key limes (about 1⁄2 cup)
1⁄2 can (14 oz) coconut cream
1 container (5.3 oz) Greek coconut or key lime pie yogurt
2 Tbsp of zero-calorie Truvia Original Calorie-Free Sweetener Spoonable Jar***
Directions

Pulse graham crackers in food processor until crackers are fine crumbs; (you will get about 2⁄3 cup crumbs) set aside.

Juice limes. Place lime juice, coconut cream, coconut yogurt and Truvía® Original Sweetener into blender pitcher. Cover and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.

Fill each ice pop mold**** one-third full with coconut-lime mixture. Freeze for about 1 hour. Sprinkle about one-half Tbsp graham cracker crumbs on top. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- 4.
Add remaining coconut-lime mixture and sprinkle remaining graham cracker crumbs over top. Place handle into each ice pop. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight
- 5.
To unmold, place each ice pop in cup of warm water for a few seconds or until pops release.
