Ingredients
Concentrated Coffee
1 cup coarsely ground coffee
4 cups coconut water
Coffee Serving
1⁄2 cup cold brew coconut coffee
1 1⁄4 cup vanilla almondmilk (unsweetened)
2 Tbsp Truvia® Allulose Sweetener
Ice
Directions
For Concentrate Coffee

Place coffee grounds in a large pitcher add coconut water and stir to combine

Cover let steep in refrigerator for 12 hours
- 3.
Line a fine-mesh strainer with a coffee filter
- 4.
Strain coffee through filter
- 5.
Discard grounds and content of strainer
- 6.
Wash and dry pitcher, transfer the strained coffee into pitcher
- 7.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use
For Coffee Serving
- 8.
For each cup of iced coffee combine almondmilk with the coffee concentrate.
- 9.
Sweeten with Truvia® Allulose. Mix well.
- 10.
Pour into a glass of ice.
