Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing low carb nog for the holidays and winter! I've been buying truvia sweetener for a quite a while now due to being diabetic and not wanting aspartame or other artificial sweeteners in my diet due to their toxins. I am also a big chai fan so this was appealing for me to try! I added a hint of natural vanilla extract to it as well because it mixes with chai so well. It's a success with multiple families that have tried it and they even ventured out and bought their own truvia to make at home. It doesn't spike my glucose (blood sugar) the way egg nog does (although I still like traditional egg nog in moderation. I highly recommend this recipe as well as many, many others found at truvia.com!!
