Caramels Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter
2 cups Truvia Sweet Complete® Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener
½ Tbsp molasses
¼ tsp salt
1 cup light corn syrup
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Sir in Truvia Sweet Complete® Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener, molasses and salt until thoroughly combined.
- 3.
Blend in corn syrup and milk while stirring constantly.
- 4.
Continue to heat over medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes while stirring. You want to reach 245ᵒ F. The mixture will be boiling and will darken in color.
- 5.
Remove from heat after 12-15 minutes; stir in vanilla extract.
- 6.
Pour into a sprayed 9x9 pan.
- 7.
Cool thoroughly, at least 1 hour.
- 8.
Cut into squares, you can wrap each piece in wax paper or leave in pan.
- 9.
Store in an airtight container.
