Caramel Corn Recipe

Ingredients
¾ cup unsalted butter
2 cup Truvia Sweet Complete® Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener
1 ½ tsp molasses
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp butter flavor (optional)
24 cups of air-popped corn
¼ tsp salt
Directions
- 1.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Sir in Truvia Sweet Complete® Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener, and molasses until thoroughly combined.
- 3.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and stir constantly for 5 minutes.
- 4.
Remove from heat; add baking soda and butter flavor, stir well.
- 5.
Using a large container with a sealing lid add ⅓ of the popcorn and ⅓ of the caramel mixture and seal and shake.
- 6.
Repeat until all the popped corn and caramel are combined.
- 7.
Spread on wax paper, sprinkle on salt and allow them to harden, about 30 minutes.
- 8.
Store in an airtight container.
*One serving has 90 calories and <1g of sugar per serving as compared to the full-sugar version that has 150 calories and 17g of sugar per serving.
