Ingredients
For Caramel Brulée Milk:
1 TBSP Butter (Salted)
Truvia® Stevia Sweetener (4 Packets) or 1TBSP of Truvía® Stevia Sweetener Jar)
½ cup vanilla almond milk (unsweetened)
For Latte
½ cup caramel brulée milk
8 oz hot coffee
2 TBSP whipped cream
Sprinkle of toffee bits
Directions
To make the Caramel Brulée Milk:
- 1.
Add butter and Truvia® Stevia Sweetener to a small saucepan set over medium-high heat.
- 2.
Heat for 2 minutes, continuously stirring, sauce will become a tan color.
- 3.
Remove from heat and slowly add ½ cup of milk, *caution sauce will foam
- 4.
Return to heat and bring to a boil while stirring occasionally.
- 5.
Allow the mixture to boil for 2-3 minutes then remove from heat.
- 6.
Use right away or pour into heat safe container, cool to room temperature, cover, and refrigerate.
For Latte (make 12 oz serving)
- 7.
If cold, stir and add your flavored milk to microwave safe glass and microwave for 1 min.
- 8.
Brew your coffee or espresso and pour into a large coffee mug.
- 9.
Whisk the hot caramel brulé milk into your hot coffee
- 10.
Top with whipped cream and toffee bits, then enjoy*!
