Ingredients
Vanilla (see other flavors under options)
1⁄2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp of water
2 Tbsp Truvía Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener (Try our stevia leaf or monk fruit sweetener!)
1⁄4 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1⁄2 tsp baking powder
Directions

Grab a 8-10 oz microwaveable mug
- 2.
In the mug, combine butter and water. Microwave 30-40 seconds, or until butter is melted.
- 3.
Add Truvía Sweet Complete Granulated Sweetener, salt and the vanilla. Mix with a fork.
- 4.
Add baking powder and flour. Mix again until well combined.
- 5.
Microwave for 45-50 seconds or until the cake has risen and is firm on the top. Enjoy!
Options (Will Affect Nutritional Information)
- Chocolate chip cookie cake: Add in 2 tsp of semi-sweet chocolate chips before microwaving in step 5.
- Chocolate cake: Instead of 3 Tbsp of flour, add only 2 Tbsp of flour and 1 Tbsp of cocoa powder before microwaving in step 5.
- Lemon Blueberry cake: Add 2 Tbsp lemon juice instead of water and add 12-15 blueberries before microwaving in step 5. May take about 10 more seconds in the microwave to bake.
- Pumpkin spice cake: Add ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp nutmeg, 1⁄8 tsp ground clove, ¼ tsp ground ginger and I Tbsp pumpkin puree before microwaving in step 5. May take about 10 more seconds in the microwave.
