Ingredients
6 cups apples, thinly sliced
1 tsp fresh lemon zest
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1⁄3 cup of zero-calorie Truvia Original Calorie-Free Sweetener Spoonable Jar***
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
1⁄8 tsp nutmeg, ground
1⁄2 tsp Diamond Crystal® kosher salt
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 pie crust
2 Tbsp butter
Directions
- 1.
Assemble all ingredients; preheat oven to 425° F.

Place apples in bowl, top with lemon zest and juice; set aside.
- 3.
In mixing bowl, place Truvia Original Sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg, kosher salt, and cornstarch; blend well; pour over apples; mix well.

Place pie crust dough on lightly floured surface; roll out; transfer to parchment-lined sheet pan.
- 5.
Place apple mixture into center of pie crust; leaving 11⁄2 inch border around edge of crust; place butter pats on top of apples.
- 6.
Flip up crust edge towards middle, pleating as you fold up.
- 7.
Bake in 425° F oven for 45-50 minutes; rotate 180° half way through baking.
- 8.
Cool on wire rack; serve warm or at room temperature.
