Ingredients list is missing baking powderI read the ingredients list: 2 tsps of salt and no baking powder? The preparation instruction mentions baking powder. I am not a scratch baker so I panicked. How much baking powder do 2 cups of flour require?

Great way to use apples!THis was a great twist on regular old waffles! The recipe was simple. I didn't sift the flour and I would try that next time. Also this is a great way to use apples that might not be the best for snacking or that have a bruise or two!

Yummy waffles!I love waffles in the morning, but they have way too much sugar. This is perfect to get my day started.
