Apple Berry Galette Recipe

3 cups apples, peeled
1 tsp fresh lemon zest
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen
¼ tsp salt

2 Tbsp cornstarch

Directions
- 1.
Assemble all ingredients; preheat oven to 425° F.

Thinly slice apples; place in a bowl, top with lemon zest and juice; set aside.
- 3.
In large mixing bowl, place strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, salt, cinnamon, cornstarch and Truvia Original Sweetener; blend together; set aside.

Place pie crust dough on lightly floured surface; roll out; transfer to a parchment-lined sheet pan.
- 5.
Gently combine apple and berry mixtures.
- 6.
Place fruit mixture into center of pie crust; leaving 1 ½-inch border around the edge of crust; place butter pats on fruit filling.
- 7.
Flip the crust edge up towards middle, pleating as you fold up.
- 8.
Bake in 425° F oven for 50-55 minutes; rotate 180° halfway through baking.
- 9.
Cool on wire rack; serve warm or at room temperature.

Store in an airtight container.
