Acorn Squash Recipe

Ingredients
1 acorn squash, halved
2 Tbsp. Truvia® Calorie-Free Brown Spoonable Sweetener from the Stevia Leaf
1 Tbsp. butter
Directions
- 1.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2.
Cut squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- 3.
Cut a thin slice off the rounded back of each half so they will sit upright on a pan.
- 4.
Place the squash on a baking sheet and place half of the butter and Truvia® Calorie-Free Brown Spoonable Sweetener from the Stevia Leaf in the scooped out cavity of each half of the squash.
- 5.
Bake for 45-60 minutes until tender when pierced with a fork.
*This acorn squash has 40 calories and 3 grams of sugar per serving compared to sugar-sweetened acorn squash which has 50 calories and 6 grams of sugar.
