Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just utterly beyond yummy I am deathly allergic to fish so I cut out that part of the recipe altogether and I don't like to add back in things that will upset the balance so I just forged on without the fish. I am in love with this recipe! I live alone and have a daily assistant and I had her make this for me without the fish and she made it for herself and her family with the fish. We both wound up with lovely leftovers for the freezer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good lite dish I really enjoyed making this recipe. The salmon tartar was lite and vibrant. The potato cakes were harty.
