Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love, Love this Cheesecake! I love cheesecake but don'the love the calories. This is a win win. I made it for my weekly knitting night and the girls Loved them, once they found out it was half the calories they loved it more. I did change it up a bit, I'm not a Caramel fan, so I made a blackberry compote using truvia instead of sugar. It came out wonderfully!
