This zesty and sweet rhubarb sauce is made using the natural goodness of Truvia™ natural sweetener. Made with Truvía™ natural sweetener this fruit sauce has 100% less sugar and contains 80% fewer calories* than a full sugar fruit sauce.

5 cups rhubarb, washed, cut into ½" pieces
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp Diamond Crystal® kosher salt
1 cup water
20 packets Truvia™ natural sweetener
1. Assemble all ingredients.
2. Cut rhubarb stalks into ½" pieces; place in cooking kettle.
3. Add Truvia™, cinnamon, water and salt; cook over medium heat for 20 minutes; stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat; allow to cool for 25 minutes.
5. Transfer into bowl; cover; serve warm or refrigerate.
